Continuous Reserves

The common assets directory is where you can define and manage common assets for your reserve study. These assets are typically regularly included in the study or are commonly transacted against the operating account.

Adding Common Assets:

  • Define the category (e.g., staircases, dog park)

  • Set the priority

  • Provide a description

  • Specify the unit cost, measurement, quantity, total cost

  • Enter the established date and funding goal year

  • Allocate funds and determine the replacement year

Update a Common Asset

After adding a common asset, you can view and update its details, such as established date, category, priority, and funding information. You can also delete a common asset if needed.

By organizing and managing your common assets in this directory, you can easily access and update the information for your reserve study.
