Resident Tickets

These are tickets available to create by any resident include general or board of the HOA, or tenants.

Residents have the option to choose from Service Requests, Architecture Requests, or Violations in the create ticket menu.

• Service Requests are for requests on non-compliant issues related to phsyical assets

• Architecture Requests are for enhancement to the member's assets

• Violations are issues against governance issues related to other members of the Association
