Submitting Ballots

Zayuk Safe gives associations the options to create votes for board & general members . Depending on which vote group is voting different protocols are required for submitting member ballots.

Voting Groups

Zayuk Safe operates with two distinct voting groups:

• Board Voting Group: Board members who vote on matters concerning the association’s governance and operations.

• General Voting Group: General members (e.g., residents or unit owners) who vote on broader community issues.

General Voting

• General members can view all relevant votes in the My Account section, in their listed units. This provides them with easy access to votes directly impacting their unit or community.

• General members must submit their ballots for votes through the My Account section. This ensures a streamlined process for general members to participate in votes that affect their residence or community.

Board Voting

• Board members can access all board-related votes in the “Board” section under the association. This section is dedicated to board members for matters of governance and decision-making within the association.

• Board members submit their ballots for board votes in the “Board” section. This provides a dedicated interface for board members to participate in voting on association-level matters.

This structure ensures that ballots are submitted and tracked in a user-friendly manner, with each voting group accessing their specific votes in the correct section of Zayuk Safe.
